Happiness Coaching helps bridge this gap by guiding you to uncover what truly brings joy and meaning to your life, so you can live fully and authentically.
As one of the first graduates of the innovative Master of Arts (M.A.) in Happiness Studies from Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar’s program, Cicy will guide you through a coaching process based on the SPIRE model to help you discover your path to genuine happiness in life.
SPIRE consists of the following five elements:
– S: Spiritual Wellbeing
– P: Physical Wellbeing
– I: Intellectual Wellbeing
– R: Relational Wellbeing
– E: Emotional Wellbeing
Happiness is multi-dimensional, and by nurturing each of the five SPIRE elements, we unlock our highest potential. Each element is essential, though some may resonate more deeply with you than others. Take a moment to reflect on which aspects of SPIRE are most important to you!
